Payment

All products remain Claus' property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Claus are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

Shipping

All items are handmade in Brooklyn, NY and made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for orders to be completed and shipped. 

All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping to anywhere in the US is $12 which includes a tracking number and insurance. International orders are $26 flatrate via USPS. 

 

Refunds + Exchanges

Because all jewelry is made to order, we only allow items to be exchanged 7 days from shipping date. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. It is the customers responsibility to insure the package is packed securely and insured with a tracking number.

We do not refund lost orders. Once an order leaves our hands it is the responsibility of USPS to get it to you safely.

All custom work is Final Sale.

Repairs

Claus is happy to accept items for repair at the expense of the customer. 

Jewelry Care

Brass and silver will develop a natural patina over time. Some people love this look and choose to embrace it. If you want to bring your ring back to it's original shine you can use a soft polishing cloth.

With brass, contact with skin will sometimes result in a green mark due to the chemical reaction to your skin's sweats and acids.

Avoid storing your pieces in humid areas like bathrooms, and avoid wearing in water to help minimize oxidation. And, it's a good idea to store your pieces in an airtight container when not being worn.
