Production Time

  • All pieces are made to order and typically have a 6-10 week turnaround time.

  • Pieces with stones have a 8-12 week turnaround time.

  • Bridal pieces have an 10-16 week turnaround time.

  • Custom pieces have an 10-16 week turnaround time.

  • *Please feel free to reach out if your order is urgent or has a specific deadline.

*Kindly note, while we do our best to stay within the estimated production times, all of my jewelry is made to order and unforeseen delays that are out of our control may occur.

Shipping
Orders under $1,000 will ship via USPS first class mail. Orders over $1,000 will ship via UPS with signature upon delivery. If you require a different shipping carrier please contact us first. 

Please understand that we're not responsible for any lost mail due to incorrectly entered addresses. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to shipping addresses. Please be sure to double check your address before placing an order. Packages that are returned to sender will be held until new shipping costs are paid. If you have any concerns about mail theft please reach out to us for upgraded shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After the piece has been handed to the courier, the responsibility of the piece is given to the buyer. Erin Claus Jewelry is not responsible for items marked delivered or that are lost, or damaged in the mail, as it is completely out of our power to control.

We are based in Kingston, NY and charge 8% sales tax for any orders shipped to NY State.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs. All import taxes, VAT fees and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the client. We do not accept any returned packages due to unpaid fees.

Certain countries have import laws restricting jewelry packages coming into the country. You are responsible for being aware of any laws and restrictions governing your country. Refunds cannot be given on packages seized by customs, and these packages are not covered by insurance.
