All pieces are made to order and typically have a 2-4 week turnaround time.
Pieces set with diamonds or other stones have a 3-6 week turnaround time.
Bridal pieces have a 4-8 week turnaround time.
Custom Engraved pieces have a 4-8 week turnaround time.

Brass and silver will develop a natural patina over time. Some people love this look and choose to embrace it. If you want to bring your ring back to it's original shine you can use a soft polishing cloth.
With brass, contact with skin will sometimes result in a green mark due to the chemical reaction to your skin's sweats and acids.
Avoid storing your pieces in humid areas like bathrooms, and avoid wearing in water to help minimize oxidation. And, it's a good idea to store your pieces in an airtight container when not being worn.
Orders ship via USPS. If you require a different shipping carrier please contact us first.

Refunds + Exchanges
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order before it ships a store credit code will be issued for the purchase price of your order.
Because all jewelry is made to order, we only allow brass and silver to be exchanged for store credit within 7 days from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please note that exchanges are not accepted for items with noticeable wear. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be credited in full minus shipping costs. Email email@example.com to initiate a return. New orders will not be processed until the return in accepted.
Please note that all 14k gold jewelry is FINAL SALE. Rings may be resized for a fee.

Claus will accept items for reasonable repair on a case by case basis. A fee may be issued depending on the repair. Claus is not responsible for shipping charges on any repair items.
