Refunds + Exchanges
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order before it ships a store credit code will be issued for the purchase price of your order. 

Because all jewelry is made to order, we only allow brass and silver to be exchanged for store credit within 7 days from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please note that exchanges are not accepted for items with noticeable wear.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be credited in full minus shipping costs.  Email claus.jewelry@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Please do not ship us anything without emailing for authorization and instructions first. If anything is shipped to us without authorization and our instruction it may be rejected, and any shipping fees will be charged to the customer. New orders will not be processed until the return is accepted.

Please note that all solid gold jewelry is FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Rings may be resized for a fee. 

Please understand that we're not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.  It is advised to get a tracking number and/or insurance when shipping back your piece. 

Custom
All custom/altered work is Final Sale.
Erin Claus Jewelry retains all rights to any custom pieces. Images may be used online or on social media and designs may be replicated for any purpose.

Repairs
Claus will accept items for reasonable repair on a case by case basis. A fee may be issued depending on the repair. Claus is not responsible for shipping charges on any repair items.
